WCU Nursing Students hold health fair | Schools

The following is a press release from William Carey University:

Students in William Carey University’s summer community nursing course held a Health Fair from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on June 21, in the Student Conference Center.  The health fair included booths with information on breast cancer awareness, diabetic education, hypertension, nutrition, smoking cessation, and stress reduction. Tests were conducted on blood glucose and blood pressure, as well. Twenty-three nursing students participated in the planning and implementation of the health fair.
