Authorities diverting traffic on I-59 following accident | News
HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM)- The Mississippi Department of Transportation is reporting an accident near exit 65 on I-59 past Hardy Street in Forrest County.
All southbound lanes are expected to be affected for at least one hour.
Shortly before10 a.m. Wednesday a multi-vehicle accident occurred on I-59 southbound. Three to four people were transported to a local hospital. Witnesses on the scene said the accident occurred because traffic was stopped ahead of the incident.
