National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day | Community Spirit

The following is a press release from the City of Hattiesburg:

Dec. 21 at 5:15 p.m. the Pine Belt Coalition on Homelessness will commemorate “National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day” with a Candlelight Vigil in the fountain area of City Hall. 

It is a short ceremony to remember those who passed during the year.  The Coalition consist of service providers who assist those who are homeless. In addition to the Vigil, we will give coats, toiletries items and fruit bags.
